Turn the Bus

I served as the Design Lead on this project, overseeing the overall design direction and leading the majority of UX/UI work — from translating user research insights into interaction flows and interface design, to refining prototypes through multiple iterations. Another designer contributed to selected aspects of the design process, and we worked closely to maintain visual and structural consistency.
Throughout the project, I worked closely with the Project Lead to align design decisions with user needs and business goals, collaborated with the Development Lead to ensure feasibility and smooth handoff, and consulted the Research Lead to extract actionable insights that grounded our design in evidence. This close cross-functional collaboration allowed us to deliver a coherent and user-centered experience.

Problem Statement

Students from rural India have a positive attitude towards entrepreneurship and strong entrepreneurial intent but they lack the motivation to pursue it as a full-time profession.

LEAN development Method

We are following a fast-paced incremental and iterative approach, to ensure continuous feedback and iteration. Each cycle will integrate user testing and stakeholder reviews to validate features and refine the experience.
